Reach Cleaners began with a simple idea: booking a reliable cleaner should feel straightforward, transparent and well organised. We started in the Royal Docks and now serve East London, South East London, Essex and Kent.
Why we exist
Cleaning is a service where the small things matter — being on time, using the right products, and treating your home with care. Too many cleaning companies drop the ball on those small things. We built Reach Cleaners to raise the standard.
How we vet cleaners
Every Reach cleaner is interviewed in person, reference-checked and trained on our standard checklists before their first booking. We keep our team small so we can maintain quality across every home.
How booking works
Choose your service, pick a date, pay a deposit online and we'll match you with a cleaner. You get a confirmation email, a text before we arrive and a chance to review afterwards.
How we monitor quality
Every booking is reviewed. Before-and-after photos on end-of-tenancy jobs. Customer feedback goes back to cleaners weekly. Issues are addressed within 24 hours — with a re-clean at no extra cost if needed.
