Reach Cleaners is a trading name of Gallions Reach Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales. Gallions Reach Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected via this website and our booking flow.

What we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone.
• Address details for the property being cleaned.
• Booking history and cleaner notes.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe — we do not store card numbers.
• Communications you send us (email, WhatsApp, in-app messages).

How we use it

To deliver and improve the cleaning service you booked, to communicate with you about your bookings, to process payments, to meet our legal obligations and to defend against fraud.

Who we share it with

Vetted cleaners assigned to your booking; Stripe (payments); Supabase (hosted database); Resend (email delivery); and any legal authority we are required to disclose to.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Contact hello@reachcleaners.co.uk to exercise these rights.

Retention

Booking and financial records are retained for six years to meet UK tax and legal requirements. Marketing preferences are honoured indefinitely.
